June 10, 2022 • One of the country’s most celebrated photographers, Gordon Parks used his camera as a weapon against racial injustice. Howard University has recently acquired more than 250 of Parks’ images. Using a custom lens setup to zoom in and out, the piece took about a year to complete and was filmed in 8K resolution with the aid of several macro lenses.
